KITAS-(Keterangan Ijin Tinggal Sementara) untuk Tenaga Kerja Asing
Untuk Tenaga Kerja Asing di Indonesia, mereka akan membutuhkan IMTA (Ijin Mempekerjakan Tenaga Kerja Asing) atau yang biasa disebut Working Permit.
Dokumen ini biasanya merupakan kewajiban dari Perusahaan yang mempekerjakan TKA.
Persyaratan untuk mendapatkan IMTA dan KITAS adalah :

Copy Surat Wajib Lapor Depnaker untuk mempekerjakan TKA (UU Wajib lapor No.17 tahun 1981)
Surat Sponsor dari perusahaan
Surat Kuasa pengurusan

Copy Paspor (Halaman penuh – Cover Depan sampai Cover Belakang)
Riwayat Hidup (Curriculum Vitae) –> Bahasa Inggris atau Indonesia
Copy Ijazah
Pasphoto ukuran 4×6; 3×4 dan 2×3 masing-masing 6 lembar (latar belakang Merah)
Proses kerja :
Setelah semua dokumen kami terima, kami akan langsung mulai memprosesnya. Diawali dengan pengurusan Rencana Penempatan TKA, mengurus rekomendasi TA.01 dan mengurus ijin masuk WNA ke Indonesia (Telex Vitas). Proses bagian pertama ini memakan waktu 15 hari kerja.
Setelah telex VITAS keluar, pihak Imigrasi akan mengirimkan kepada KBRI di negara yang ditunjuk agar WNA bisa mengurus Visa masuk ke Indonesia dengan segera. kami sangat merekomendasikan agar VISA segera diurus setelah telex VITAS keluar agar surat di KBRI tidak menumpuk. Lama proses tergantung masing-masing KBRI dan pengurusan oleh WNA.
Setelah VISA didapatkan, agar segera masuk ke Indonesia. Dalam 7 hari setelah Visa keluar, WNA harus segera melaporkan kedatangannya pada kami agar kami bisa langsung mengurus dokumen lainnya.
Dokumen selanjutnya yang kami urus adalah IMTA, KITAS dan Blue Book (POA). Ini akan memakan waktu pengurusan selama 14 hari kerja.
Selanjutnya kami akan mengurus dokumen lain secara parallel. Dokumen tersebut adalah Surat dari Mabes Polri, Surat lapor dari Polres tempat domisili WNA, SKPPS dan atau SKTT dari Dinas cacatan Sipil setempat. Lama proses ini maksimal 10 hari kerja.

Semua dokumen diatas akan berlaku selama 1 tahun.
Disamping itu, diwajibkan juga untuk membayar DPKK (Dana Pengembangan Keahlian dan Keterampilan) ke Kas Negara sebesar USD.1.200,- per TKA per tahun.

Anda hanya butuh 1 jenis dokumen lainnya.yaitu SERP (single entry).untuk 3 bulan dan MERP(multiple entry). Masa berlakunya adalah 6 bulan dan 1 tahun.

When we have received your documents we will start to process. If your application is approved you will receiving a “ telex visa” , this process can take up 20 days before a decision is made and the visa granted. When the “ telex visa” is issued you can apply for the real visa at the Indonesian embassy or consulate overseas, nearest to you. You need to pay in local currencies for the visa application and the duration of the visa process in the country where you apply for the visa is depending on the embassy / consulate.When you get your visa, you must return to Indonesia and then report to immigration maximum 7 days within the arrival date. We can do all this for you and guide you in processing. The process can take up within 30 days in immigration offices, when finished you will receive the following documents:* RPTKA

The above documents are valid for one year and you will need to pay USD 1200 to the government. What if I need to go overseas? If you need to go overseas, you must apply exit re-entry permit in immigration ( we did it for you) and paying fiscal duties directly at the airport.
